Thank you for stopping by and visiting us. Currently, we are in the process of building on to our house. It will be a master bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, office and a basement. We started digging the basement on March 20. As of today, April 1st, it has rained almost every day since. We did get the footings poured on March 29th. Yippee... I like to see at least SOME progress besides a large mud hole!

I will try to keep this page updated as current as possible, but it will be tough, escpecially when I have to start working on the project to! Brad says I'm perfectly capable of tarring the outside of the concrete blocks once we get them up.

Update September 3rd 2007: So, we are finally getting to the drywall. It has been a slow process... we are still waiting on plumbers and electricians. They are not holding us up, but they certainly aren't keeping us motivated either. With summer nearing the end, it will be a bit easier to work more on the weekends and the evenings. I know it has been a long time since I've updated, but really, the progress we've made is not very "photo worthy". Some these pictures are already a little boring, especially if you haven't been here to see how everything is laid out. But, hopefully, the next phase will be more photogenic in that you will be able to "see" more progress through the pictures.
